Take a break from the busyness of life and join us for an evening of peace and presence at the Silverton Public Library. Led by yoga and mindfulness teacher Misti Anderson, this session will include grounding, breathwork, and a guided meditation designed to help you unwind and reset.
No experience necessary—just bring an open mind and wear something comfortable. We have mats if you need them, otherwise bring your own.
Free and open to all. Ages 12 and up recommended.
Come as you are and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.
